1. Acceptance of Terms of Use

2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the boleh88 platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information. boleh88 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time to ensure the accuracy of account details. Documents required for verification may include a copy of your identification card or other relevant documents.
You are solely responsible for:
- Keep your password and account login credentials confidential
- Ensure no other party accesses your account without authorisation
- Notify the boleh88 support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account
- Update your personal information whenever changes occur
Boleh88 is not liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to keep their own account details secure.
3. Platform Usage Responsibilities & Rules
Users agree to use the boleh88 platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technological means to access or interact with the platform without authorisation
- Attempting to cheat, manipulate, or abuse the payment, betting, or gaming system in any way
- Sharing an account with another individual or transferring account ownership to a third party
- Engaging in any activity that violates Malaysian law or applicable international law
- Distributing harmful or inflammatory content, or content that infringes on the rights of others, through any of the platform's communication channels
Boleh88 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these terms and to take appropriate action, including suspending or closing the account in question.
4. Payments, Deposits & Transactions
All financial transactions on the boleh88 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform supports local Malaysian payment methods including FPX (direct banking), recognised e-Wallets, and online banking from major Malaysian banks.
Users are responsible for ensuring that funds deposited into their boleh88 account are from legitimate sources and not derived from any unlawful activity. Deposits suspected to originate from illicit sources will be frozen and reported to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law.
Regarding fund withdrawals:
- Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-Wallet that has been registered and verified in the same user's name
- Boleh88 reserves the right to request additional proof of identity before processing any withdrawal
- Withdrawal processing times are 1 to 3 business days for bank transfers and 1 to 24 hours for e-Wallets, subject to successful verification
- Any fees charged by your bank or e-Wallet provider are the user's responsibility
Boleh88 is not liable for transaction delays caused by third-party banking systems or technical failures beyond the platform's control.
5. Liability Limits & Account Suspension Policy
Boleh88 provides the platform on an "as-is" basis and makes no guarantee that services will always be available without interruption or free from technical errors. The platform reserves the right to carry out maintenance that may result in temporary service disruptions.
Boleh88's liability is limited to the user's verified account balance at the time of any incident. The platform is not responsible for any indirect losses, loss of profits, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
Boleh88 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account under the following circumstances:
- Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
- Suspected fraud, money laundering, or platform abuse
- Failure to submit the requested identity verification documents within the specified timeframe
- Instructions from government authorities or law enforcement agencies
- Account inactivity exceeding the period specified in the platform's inactive account policy
In cases of account closure due to fraud or serious violations, boleh88 reserves the right to forfeit the account balance as part of its recovery measures.
6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
All content on the boleh88 platform — including brand names, logos, visual design, text, graphics, software, and game content — is the exclusive property of boleh88 or its licensors and is protected under Malaysian intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use any such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
The platform may contain links or references to third-party services. boleh88 is not responsible for the content, policies, or privacy practices of any third-party websites. Users are advised to read the terms and privacy policies of any third-party website before using it.
Boleh88 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via an in-platform notice or through their registered email. Continued use of the platform after such changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
